Gallery Help

I've just started working on my kacheek gallery and was hoping to one day enter the gallery spotlight. What do they look for when they select a winner, where can find some premade layouts and does the gallery have to be complete? Also if anyone is selling any kacheek related items, please let me know :)

From what I understand, you don't need to have a complete gallery, but it does help. They want most of the available items to be in there though. I have found the best idea of what TNT wants in a winning gallery comes from looking at past winners. :)
