for neopets how many bages did you earn i am trying for the neo mail avatdot bage, and i want the blue bage, and some more bages.

You have to be 13 to neomail, but you can get it from people sending neomails to you, so i guess you don't have to be 13.

Our mom is sending the parental concent form so we can get those avatars. But he is only allowed to neomail people he knows in real life like our triplet friends in real life who play neopets and me and our cousins who will be playing neopets. Also our mom does not care about correcting the spelling thing and lets him type what he wants unless he is saying something like My name is Egon and I live in blah blah blan and my phone number is blah blah blah.
