Can't Customize or Purchase Altador Cup Prizes

For some reason, I cannot access the "customize" page for my neopets anymore. I also cannot purchase ANYTHING from the Altador Cup prize shop. If I click on an item that I cannot afford, it will tell me that I can't afford it. However, nothing happens if I press on something I can afford.

 

I also can't customize! It freezes on the loading page. What do I do?

 

I'm on Google Chrome, and I am using AdBlock.

I have this problem too! And I'm also using Google Chrome. I tried all different browsers and paused AdBlock. I even got my friend to help me log in on her computer and it still didn't work. So currently, I'm guessing that it's just a glitch on Neopets right now. I hope they'll fix it soon. I really want to get my prizes! Hope this helps!

Thanks! Very reassuring to know that I am not alone. Anyways, my customizing works all of a sudden. I still wanna get my hands on my prizes, though!

Oh really? That's great! I hope I'll be able to claim my prizes soon. It's still not working! I hope TNT will fix this up by the end of the week or so.

It's not working for a few people for some reason. Hopefully TNT will fix this problem before the weekend. Just be patient, glitches are bound to happen.

i can't either, tried last night before i went to sleep.. but this morning i cant even get onto the site!!

I'm on neo now, but its taking forever for the pages to load..

the site keeps dropping out for me, if you keep trying sometimes it works for a few pages (then drops out again) -_- i've been trying to collect interest for 3 refreshes and now i got it, then on my inventory, dropped out again.

 

all i can say is the purple bugs are back!! or Team Meepit is revolting and taking over the servers in revenge for not winning! (maybe.)

 

i was able to purchase all my prizes as of an hour ago? was using IE for it. got lots of leftover fruit platters and yooyu stickers :P but i didn't check it yesterday so i'm not sure if my account was affected by the glitch.

Neopets is back up and running smoothly.

I think the slow loading was due to the problems they had with the Staff Tournament rewards.
