Are all the Shops empty

I have been to most of the usual shops and they are all out of stock...This happened to me once before and I cannot remember if it was my computer or TNT causing it.Has anyone else had this problem tonight

Nope, the shops are working just fine for me. Maybe you are RS banned. Check tiki tak, if it's empty, then you maybe RS banned.

Definitely sounds like you were restock banned. Check the Tiki Tack Shop (http://www.neopets.com/objects.phtml?type=shop&obj_type=21) and if it's out of stock, you're definitely restock banned. You'll have to wait for the ban to be lifted if that's the case.

And just for the record, getting restock banned happens usually when you refresh too fast, or too much, or too long in Neopian Shops. So next time, just slow down a bit and you might be able to avoid long restock bans :)
