I've tried like almost every single day to get the avatar at the Neopian Weather page, but I never get it. I click through each world and at least one of them always turns out raining, but I never get the avatar. I've even refreshed on that page a few times too. Does the forecast have to exactly say "gloomy" or "rainy"? Or could it work if it says something like "small showers" or "fairly cold"? Is this a glitch? What should I do? D: Quote
