Problems with customization?

Is anyone having problems customizing their neopets? Everytime I try I can't get it to load. It's been like that for several days. I can't figure out if it's something with Neopets or something to do with my computer...

I had a frame that wouldn't save no matter how many times I tried to attach it. But now the whole customization thingamajig doesn't load at all. I guess I'll send in a ticket.

 

BTW, I read on the neoboards that your problem has something to do with too many clothes in your closet. Apparently each pet has a limit or something like that. And you should try take out some of the unused clothes in your closet to see if that helps.

 

 

 

EDIT: Just in case this happens to anyone else, updating Firefox from 12 to 13 is what fixed this problem for me.

Reading this post a little late I had trouble turns out I had too many clothes in there ha :)

 

You can change that in your account preferences though you can uncheck a box that sets the limit for your closet it will be slower but you can hold more in there :)
