Can anyone tell me what is wrong with this CSS?

It's supposed to look like that.....

I tested and it's your tumblr url. I'd reupload to an image hosting site and try again.

But the photo isn't mine. Uploading it to a new hosting site is...idk. Taking away her credit I guess? might as well ask the creator.

Whoops, sorry didn't know it was somebody else's. Yeah I'd definitely ask permission if you have your heart set on that picture, because replacing that url with a generic one was the only thing that didn't give me a warning when I tested it on my profile.

*sigh* I figured it out. After hours of not receiving a reply..I just shortened its URL so it would look different :D Thank you so much!! *hugs*

Though...how was that URL a "foul language"?

Edit:

Shoot. The image wasn't showing up. Maybe...can I borrow the URL you tested? ;___; I am desperate.

What do you mean by 'shortened the URL'? Did you use TinyURL or did you just remove characters?

I guess the description of it being 'foul language' is incorrect, but I think because it refers to Tumblr, a social networking site, which can contain adult content out in the open, that it was blocked.

I used bitly.com

*sigh* Neopets is just too strict sometimes, to the point where it gets annoying.

Indeed it can. Like chiaroscruo said, only that URL is the problem. Shortening it doesn't work either, I've tried other shortening sites. But uploading an image to a Photo website, such as Tinypic, lets it past the content filter.

I can understand your worry of uploading it to that sort of site. Maybe make a private album with that image in, and give her credit in your User Lookup somewhere? Private albums cannot be seen by other users, and the images within them do not show up in search results. I'd advise using Photobucket.

I agree with RigelB. I personally use imgur but photobucket is good too. As long as you give credit to the artist it shouldn't be an issue, but you can still attempt to contact him/her and make sure it's okay. Worst that can happen is they ask you to take it down, but most artists I've dealt with are fine with it as long as you give them credit.

I should have clarified about the url I tested. When I test url's I replace the one I want to use with an image url from neopets. Since they accept anything from their own hosts, its an easy way to rule things out.

Sad thing is, there is at least one image url from the neopets domain that deemed "too obscene" by the filters:

https://images.neopets.com/template_images/giantsquid_titanicwindow.gif

If you try to make it show up on your profile (with img src) (petpage too, I presume) it'll block the entire url. If you enter the pure url with no coding, it'll replace "titanicwindow" with "-blocked-. My mind isn't dirty enough to find anything that should be blocked in that string of letters. Leave it to TNT to find something objectionable.

Wow. That is so bizarre. I really don't see anything obscene either. I always just use one of the old pictures of a jubjub, which always goes through. Go figure they'd block their own images :P

Do I have to sign up to create a private folder?

Yes, but it's free.
