Faerie Caves II

I'm having some issues with the screen when I try to play Faerie Caves II. When I click the button to play, a new window appears, with the neopets site skin and only half or so of the game actually visible. No scroll bar appears, so I can't scroll to see the rest of the game screen. I've tried all the available screen sizes, and the same thing happens every time. Any ideas?

if you mean this:

where it pops up and only part of the game is visible, then what i do is highlight the text on the pop-up page until i can get it to scroll down in the window. it's really tricky to do because sometimes it's easy to scroll past the game, but it's the only way i can play the game. (i can't ever scroll with the scroll bar because one never appears, but highlighting the text will scroll it.)
