AgJu
So Terror Mountain is playing Meridell today and I found myself thinking, "I don't know that a JubJub is the best choice for a goalie..." Which got me thinking, "Which species would be best, in theory, in each position?" I'd have to go through the species when I have more time, but for starters, I would think a big pet like a Skeith or a Grarrl would be best for defending the goal. Thoughts? voteforpedro333
I'm partial to pets that already stand on hind legs so they have free hands. I would also not really want to pick flying pets, because trying to make sure you don't accidentally fly must get annoying sometimes. If I could build a team it would be: Forwards: Ruki and Krawk, lots of agility and keen eyes Defenders: Zafara and Lutari, have lithe bodies with a good arm span for catching yooyus Goalie: Hissi, since it's tail can cover lots of angles So from the existing players, I'd have Layton Vickles (DC) as goalie, "Spikes" Barmie (TY) and Jurin T. (KL) as forwards, and Delma Harrence (FL) and Xana DiLanche (SK) as defenders. If I could do retro though, I'd totally have Dirty Navers and Dasher Soley as forwards. I like the thought you put into this and you make some good points. As for the last part, that'd make a good thread idea: Constructing your Dream Team. ice cream man
Here are my thoughts Forwards:Buzz and Eyrie(both are agile and can fly around the defenders). Defenders:Lupe and scorchio (Agressive slim but muscular built can steal the ball and block players). Goalie: Meerca(can reach lots of angles from standing on it's tail). AgJu
I like the ideas you guys have about the pets that use their tails. I never would've thought of that. Do y'all think Kikos and JubJubs are at distinct disadvantages for not having legs (Kikos) or arms (JubJubs)? Although....it is super cute seeing that arm guard attached to the Meridell goalie's head. :laughingsmiley:
voteforpedro333
I think Jubjubs have it the worst. It seems like a very lacrosse type of game where arms are fairly important. If you think about it, Kikos can never trip over anything so that's a nice plus!

That could hurt if they're not conditioned.
