The message I recieved is not for my account and I have never had any side accounts either. Out of curiosity on my account I searched for this user and Indeed the account does exist. what do you think I should do about this, ignore it, send a ticket to neopets, other, ect.

I'd just ignore it. If someone was trying to get their account back I'm pretty sure they would have moved on and created a new account by now after a year xD and by the looks of that account it was never signed into so dead account that should just be ignored, no harm done.

Just ignore it, it might have been a mistake.

Last year I got a few of these as well and I just ignored them and changed my passwords on a regular basis along with my PIN.
