Can't unlock Eyrieki

I can't unlock Eyrieki despite the numerous times I've tried. I go to the Temple of 1000 Tombs, I click on a colored door, and nothing happens. Help?

We've had numerous reports on this. Does anything in this topic help?

I logged onto my side account just like someone in that thread said, and it worked. The problem is, it just doesn't work on my main account which is 7 and a half years old. I open the page and I see a blue and grey door (when clicked, they only refresh the page). There isn't anything I can do with my main account? >.<

star, has there ever been a time where it hasn't worked? For me, I've tried a couple of months ago and just recently, but all my attempts have been fruitless. :/

It worked on my 3 month old side account the first time I tried it, so I don't think it has anything to do with the browser....

Unfortunately, there is a random glitch that seems to affect a small number of users. You and I are among that number :( I have tried various browsers, several different computers, and nada! My sister cannot seem to get the challenger either. My husband, however, got it his first try. I have sent in numerous tickets to TNT but nothing has been done about it. It is soooo frustrating, as he's not a difficult challenger to defeat, if only we could unlock him!! I think TNT needs to do some serious work on DON and DON2 to clear up these glitches.

I can't get in either. I sent another ticket explaining that I am unable to navigate through the temple. Hopefully, that will help. I got Eyrieki as a challenger on all my sides on the first try. :P I tried three different browsers and also had the cookies cleared and no joy.

We have read your ticket and have categorized it internally based on the specific issue that you reported. This means that we can always find your ticket (or others with the same issue) if we have more information to share. You don't need to submit a new ticket for this same issue. We can even reopen tickets that have been closed if we need to get a hold of you :)

Since your ticket has been all handy-dandy categorized we are able to distribute and prioritize the issue you have reported. Unfortunately we will not be able to give you an exact date of when this problem may be fixed (since any time frame is subject to change) but we are aware of it and appreciate your report!

Issues that impact the whole site will be fixed for everyone at the same time so you don't need to worry about being left out :)

Unfortunately if you lost Neopoints or Neopoint items as a result of this issue it is unlikely that we will be able to replace them :(

 

 

 

 

Not very helpful huh? I doubt they're actually doing anything about it, honestly.

 

 

Recently, as in today, 10/16/2014, decided to go try Eyrieki again.....It worked! Seems the new owners managed to get the glitch fixed! Hope someone else can go and confirm!!
