Answering my ticket after like what 3months of my old main being frozen? It saids work in progress although i'm not holding my breath it if does become unfrozen i'll be happy but does tnt ever unfreeze people? :S

They have on occasion. I actually got tdn_donations back from them after it got iced, and I know of a few others who managed to get accounts back. However, there's really no telling if you will or not. A lot of it seems to depend entierly on the person who's worknig the ticket.

I got my account back after being hacked. It took like 2 months but I gave them so much information about the account that there was no way of them denying it was mine.

Depends on why you were frozen? I've had quite a few guildies who've gotten their accounts back after being hacked. I also got mine back after getting CGed. Generally I think TNT has been pretty lenient as long as you've proven your ownership to the account, and are persistent in following up on tickets :P No telling what they will do on a case to case basis, but they aren't entirely unreasonable (at least, not anymore) with getting accounts unfrozen if they can trace back hacking and such.

I was also frozen, but I reported myself to get frozen because my account was hacked into. I wrote the ticket on 25.1 and the status changed to 'Work In Progress' on 6th of March. It's been this way ever since. But I do have hope I'll get it back ..

 

TNT does give accounts back, but it really depends on why you were frozen. I wish you best of luck!
