i assumed you have the prices of the rest

How did you get this price? Just because it cannot be found in shops, tradin posts and auctions means its 100k? o.O

i actually think Aalnius used JellyNeo's item price history, e.g.

the 500k is probably because the staff saw your item on the TP and you are the only one listed. JN staff average the lowest 3 prices available to the public.

 

as many of your items are HTS anyway, i would probably list it for slightly more than you actually want for the item, as you will have to discount anyway if you want pure
