Aalnius
so i've decided im going to try to get the wheel of monotony avatar, and its spinning now but after i span it i remembered that there used to be a website where you could check how long it would take to spin (which as far as i know isn't cheating) but that was before the silly save the wheels thing, so is there one around for the new wheel and if so whereabouts is it ???. also does anyone else think that since the save the wheels the wheel of excitement is really not worth the money the only decent things on it really are the 20k and the magic item, the 20k you could get if you just saved your money for 40 days and it'd probably take longer to get the 20k plus habi makes more then this in a couple hours. the magic item is random (as far as i know) so your not certain to get a decent prize. Emily
Evidently since the Wheels event, those pages no longer work. You get an error saying you don't have enough points to spin, regardless of the amount you have on hand. I've found this wheel is one of the ones actually worth spinning, if you're willing to leave your browser window open long enough. Most of the prizes easily cover the cost of spinning and get you a bit of a profit.
Yuki
I do this wheel out of habit but I rarely get anything beyond a lottery ticket or some cheap food. I think I have the avatar too...so I'm not sure why I keep doing it. My luck on WoE and WoMe are better by far
Sakurabelle
Doesn't it take about two hours to spin? Regardless, you know you've hit the halfway point when he looks at his watch. I like spinning the wheel of mediocrity and the wheel of knowledge best. I never seem to have any luck with the wheel of excitement. :sad01_anim:
Nataluna
once i left it for 1 day and still spinning, got a bit fed up and shut it :P normally i leave it overnight to spin :) i still do the WoE, as i like getting the morphing potions, and yes my luck is bad on it (but i have gotten the 20k twice, so i think its paid for itself) and the heal is helpful when the healing springs faerie isn't obliging monotony and mediocrity are pretty good for me :)
Aalnius
i think mediocrity is best excluding slime ;) i've got 20k twice but still the rise in price seems to have lessened it as i've probs spent more then that to get it :P wheel of knowledge is terrible for me i think the best thing i've won is a window worth 1 np normally i just get free spins or advice. i think the wheel of monotony can take up to 24 hours
Trig
I was lucky and got my wheel of monotony avatar on the first spin (: Other than that I find mediocrity is the best wheel- after I get the avatar for the wheel of excitement and wheel of knowledge I will probably never spin them again...well, maybe the wheel of excitement because for some reason I feel a special connection to it XD What about wheel of extravagance? ;D (I personally think this is just another way to try and make inflation go down)
kristinaapril
What about wheel of extravagance? ;D (I personally think this is just another way to try and make inflation go down) I actually ended up making a small profit on the wheel of extravagance. I believe I did it about 25 times and there was only 1 time where I won no NPs back. Most of the time I landed on the coins or the nerkmids. Overall though, I wouldn't really do it. The only reason I was spinning it was for the avatar. :)
behemothrules
I actually do find the wheel of monotony fairly worthwhile, as well as mediocrity. Don't even get me started on the Wheel of Excitement or Knowledge though.... I shudder to think how many np I've wasted trying to get the avatars... .....*shudder*
