Ugh, wth Chrome...NP only related

Ok this was too weird to explain in the title but like....Chrome has started doing something on NP that's driving me nuts. Any page I leave open on a tab......this is hard to explain B| But I'm gonna try.

 

Ok, so when you browse you get your history right? I go to the bank, and then the shop wizard and I can just push back once and get back to the bank right? Well not anymore. If I leave a tab open any longer than about 30 seconds, for some reason it makes MULTIPLE copies of the page I'm on in the 'back button history'. Here. I'll just show you XD

It's very annoying and I'm slightly worried that's it's ONLY doing it on Neopets. Is this something normal that I just never noticed before?

It has something to do with the ad scripts on Neopets. I've put up some links to add-ons you might want to look in to in this topic here (about the same problem) :)

I've got Adblock and I HAD ScriptNo but apparently even if I had it enabled but 'paused', Neopets wouldn't let me use the shop wizard anymore. I'll try NotScript and see if it's any better.

I have two versions of AdBlock on my Chrome:

Adblock Plus (Beta) & AdBlock+ Element Hiding Helper, that plus NotScript will generally take down anything annoying on a website, but NotScript is pretty vicious when it comes to blocking unwanted scripts that you have to manually configure it to work on sites you normally visit. It takes some time to get used to it but it does solve the issue of Neo refreshing itself.
