With all requests for computer help, please include:

• Computer brand and model
  
• Operating system (Windows, iOS, Mac, Android, mobile, etc) and its version (OS X Lion, Vista, XP, etc)
  
• If network issues: your router brand and model

 

With all requests for programming help, please include:

• The code that you're trying to troubleshoot (and its language)
  
• What's broken with your code (what are you trying to fix?)
  
• The steps you've already taken to fix the problem, if any
