With all requests for computer help, please include: Computer brand and model Operating system (Windows, iOS, Mac, Android, mobile, etc) and its version (OS X Lion, Vista, XP, etc) If network issues: your router brand and model With all requests for programming help, please include: The code that you're trying to troubleshoot (and its language) What's broken with your code (what are you trying to fix?)
