Spritzie
That's why I love Firefox and Chrome. It's always nice to have that spell check. That means I just have to watch for grammar or my fingers typing the wrong word while on auto-typing.
CAV of Gang Green
I always use IE. I don't like Firefox, never really tried Google Chrome, and Opera is just god-awful.
Spritzie
I can't stand IE after I used Firefox. And after using Chrome, I prefer not to use Firefox. I love the simplicity of Chrome.
CAV of Gang Green
I never tried Chrome. And my computer is too slow to handle anything more. Speaking of which Spritzie, my computer is set to defrag whenever it's on sleep mode. So why else could it be so slow?
Spritzie
That's originally why I tried Chrome. My work computer is bogged down with programs and Firefox and IE lagged it even more. I tried Chrome, and it's such a simple browser, that it runs extremely quick on my work computer. I use it on all my computers now. So it's completed an entire defrag? If it has, I have no idea. I'm not good with computer issues like that.
CAV of Gang Green
I remember I installed Chrome when I had Vista instead of Windows 7. It actually lagged even more than IE, which is why I never bothered to use it. I have no idea either. I'll have to check with an expert. Where's AA when you need him? :P
Spritzie
I have Vista on my work computer, which is the computer I started using it on. And I have it on my Netbook, which has Windows 7. It works great on both. That's weird that it lagged more than IE. There's hardly anything to it. Sleeping. I think he's sleeping on the job. livvy
Hm... CAV, you should ask Theo. Theo knows stuff. I really like Firefox. I'd try Chrome, but... I really have no excuse, actually. I may just try Chrome sometime. Maybe. EDIT: I see you've already thought of Theo. I'll poke him next time I see him. :laughingsmiley:

I really have no excuse, actually. I may just try Chrome sometime. Maybe. You should. I've kind of bounced back and forth between Chrome and Firefox for a while, but I think I've finally settled on Firefox. Chrome is simpler, and the interface is more snappy, but for some reason pages do not load or refresh as quickly as they do on Firefox. I think it's probably somewhat different on every computer. It used to be about the extensions for me, but Chrome has just about any of them that you'd care about by now. They're just more tucked away to keep the clean UI. CAV of Gang Green
I just burned my lunch. There is smoke all over the dang place. It's hard to breathe.
Spritzie
I like Chrome because it's simple. I don't need or want tons of options. Whereas my husband loves lots of options, so he won't use anything but Firefox.
Wembly
Well, that's not very good CAV. Open a window? Smoke inhalation is very bad for your lungs.
CAV of Gang Green
I know. I did that as well as open my door. And I am now using a brillo pad to remove the charred burns from the pot.
seuzy13
Well, that's not very good CAV. Open a window? Smoke inhalation is very bad for your lungs. Yeah, you should maybe try not to breath the smoke. And too bad about that lunch. :(
livvy
At least you feel like eating. It's unpleasant to know you need to eat but have absolutely no desire to do so. =\ What was lunch supposed to be, CAV?
Spritzie
At least you feel like eating. It's unpleasant to know you need to eat but have absolutely no desire to do so. =\ I hate that. That's usually what happens when I wait too long and my blood sugar gets too low. Then the husband has to argue with me, to get me to eat. CAV of Gang Green
Lunch was suppose to be a hot dog. Thanks for telling me common sense guys. I know not to breath smoke. :P
livvy
Don't put your hand on a hot iron, CAV! Don't go out in the cold without shoes, CAV! Don't stop breathing, CAV! >=O
Spritzie
*Slips a rocking chair behind Livvy and hands her a cross-stitch for the "yes mother" comment that's coming* Personally, I like saying "Thank you Captain Obvious."
CAV of Gang Green
Ok mama Livvy! I'll just go play with my legos now. -_- Same here Spritzie. Also, thanks for ninja-ing me. :P
Spritzie
I knew it was coming. :P And don't step on the Legos, that can be painful.
livvy
Good boy, CAV. *returns to cross-stitching* xD Thanks, both of you. I needed that laugh.
CAV of Gang Green
And don't step on the Legos, that can be painful. Being a huge Bionicle collector, I very much know that. And since Bionicle pieces are sharper than lego blocks, it's worse.
IrishLiz
haha. You guys are funny. :P I know this was a few pages back, but I like not being on DST. Of course, I've never been on DST, so I guess I can't compare the two too well. I think it's less confusing to not change times.
Spritzie
My mom always hated that about when me and my dad played with Legos when I was little. There were always stray pieces that got stepped on.
