And are they POSITIVE he was sober? I mean it WAS new years eve...

I had my serious doubts about him being sober. My mom was with me too, and she was sure he was drunk. She kept bugging the cops, and EMTS, and all the emergency people that responded. But, a DUI officer was first on the scene, and he didn't suspect alcohol. I guess his stupidity made a good enough excuse for them.

There are people that are that stupid. Take my town, which is notorious for having horrible roads and idiot drivers who are all inconsiderate of everyone else on said roads. <_<

I was shocked when he told me he thought I was going to run it. I was like, let me get this straight... you saw me? You saw the light? You saw the light was red? And you didn't stop? You didn't notice my break lights never came off?

 

The light had been red for a couple minutes. The light the other direction had actually just turned yellow.

I think I made him feel horrible though. I think I cried hysterically for a good hour at the scene. He was panicking... "Omg, I'm so sorry! I have insurance! I'll fix it!"

No... not at all. He was that bad. I couldn't believe it. And he had no excuse. I guess he finally said his mind was elsewhere. I should have sued.
