Habitarium Snapshot - Freezing?

Whenever I try to take a snapshot of my Habitarium for my lookup, the thing freezes! Well, rather, it does the endless 'please wait' spin of death and refuses to move

 

Anything I can do about this?

I don't know how to help, sorry! This happens to me all the time as well and I have tried using different browsers and different computers but I still haven't been able to take a snapshot.

All I can suggest is to try a different browser... it might work for you :D

I've had the same problem for ages. It's annoying - I want to change the picture on my lookup!

Same thing happens to me. I've never been able to put a picture on my lookup. I thought it was just my computer or something, but I guess not.

same here .. ive been stuck with my Habitarium picture since May .. before I totally re-designed it ...

it does the same for me too. i found it has something to do with how much my computer's lagging, so close any processes you aren't using and you might get a quicker shot

Yes! I tried yesterday and this happened to me as well :( I was cursing Chrome but apparently it was not to blame :P

I have this same problem.

 

Whatever you do, don't keep trying to take the picture. It can lead to a lockout.

There was once a time when it worked but has since malfunctioned and no longer works. When will TNT fix it, only time will tell.

hrm, so many weird glitches with the site lately.

I asked that exact same questions on the habitarium board a month ago. Apparently it hasn't worked for some time. I'm kind of sad because I never ended up taking a picture, so it's just a white square on my user-lookup.
