Games aren't working!

My games aren't working at all. When I go to play them and click on "Click to Play" it doesn't link up. I'll try to open it in a new window and it says save image as. I don't understand what's going on. Any help? <_<

Hm... they work fine to me. Did you try to restart your computer? This is best advice that I can give you! :)

Kaylan, what internet browser are you using to play Neopets? If you're using Google Chrome, you should refresh if you see a white screen after you click on a Neopets link. By the way, Neopets games are working fine for me where I am.

What browser are you using? Sometimes I have to force quit the program, or use the task manager on a PC, or restart the computer in order to make it work.

I'm using google chrome. I've restarted, tried different browsers, tuned up my pc and everything. :sad01_anim: I'm going to keep trying different things to see what works best. Thank you all!

Did you just install notscripts or Noscript or anything like that?

oooh, i had something like that too, the controls didn't work, i couldn't play games with my laptop... maybe it's just the computer you're using?

try updating your flash as well as clearing out your cookies and do also a scan for malware

It worked for a few minutes last night now it won't allow me to play games again. I haven't done anything differently lately, just ran different scans and I also installed the new version of Adobe when the games weren't working. They started working and then they're done. I hope I have it fixed by tomorrow! I can't miss GMC!

I had the same problem. If you're a premium member, try leaving the portal mode. That's what helped. I hope it helps you. :]
