Deleting Posts

Hey, just wondering how to delete a post...

I posted on an old thread instead of a very similar new thread (whoops!)

But I can only work out how to edit but not delete :S

You just report the post yourself, telling the mods to delete it, and they'll do so. :yes:

I sent the report for you, btw, and nothing will be held against you if it was a mistake you acknowledge ^_^

There is no way to delete your own posts, but feel free to either PM a mod or report your own post to get it deleted. :)

Oh cool thanks guys...i assume to report a post...it's just that triangle with a ! that says report right? I feel like I'm pressing some big red button that says DO NOT TOUCH :P

Don't worry, I used to worry about that all the time, too, but you just click "report" and type in why the post should be reported, for example:

 

Post below seven words. (You can help the mods out by reporting others)

 

or

 

I double posted by accident, can you merge the posts/delete this one for me? Thank you!

 

Something like that. As long as it gives them a inkling of what is wrong, I'd wager they'll be happy. :)
