I just kinda get them when I feel like it xD aaand I am not sure I normally just start spinning it and leave it open in the background then keep checking on it to see if it stopped.. Typically I spin the wheel right before I go to bed, and normally I can collect the prize in the morning. It's kind of ironic that you posted right now, because I hadn't spun that wheel in a few months, and yesterday I spontaneously decided to give it a go.
