How can you get CG'd?

I know I have heard shops but I want to know all the ways cause right now i've been signing in and out every time I go on someone's lookup.

Well, check the URL. If it is not neopets, then you are being CG'd. Ummm I would definitely change your password though!

 

I hope you do not get CG'd. Someone just was recently! Hacked, and the person posted a bunch of curse words on the AC... 153 second board.

well i always click the links so if i am on the board i click their picture. but my question is i heard they can put a code on their shops can they put it anywhere else

My understanding is that malicious coding such as CGs can be on any user-editable part of the site. So, shops, galleries, user and pet lookups, and petpages are all included in that.

 

I also log out and back in periodically if I've been viewing a lot of user-coded pages, although unless I thought a particular page was suspicious, I don't change my password every time.
