Help me with my homework?

Hi all;

 

For homework in my health class, we had to create and poll a survey about stress. We had to find out what stressed and what was used to calm stress. The only other necessity was that we polled only Eighth graders. So, my request: If you're an eighth grader (from anywhere in the world), I'd really appreciate it if you took my survey. Just PM me (it's only four or five questions, not too long) if you would be willing to take the survey.
