He was a plot challenger, and therefore no longer can be fought.

 

I do believe that at the time the plot was open to defeat him, though, it was the whole of neopia that were defeating him, and not just one person. I think. He took permanent damage, so 1 full hp down unless someone "healed" him by using the wrong icon. After all, it's not possible to defeat someone with 1,000,000 hp - is it?

 

I didn't take part in this bit of the plot, so I'm unsure as to if that's what it was. But from my searches, I *think* so.
