It's been lagging all day for me and not this. I know one time it went down it only went down for certain people. Which is weird. Quote

I was wondering if it was for everyone. There's a difference. But thanks for the link. It's just it went down the other night and a bunch of us were chatting on the discussions page on FB. When we got back into neo. Some I talked to there said it never went down for them. And the board posts were some timed while it was down. So it only went down for some people. Which is REALLY weird.
