~Shoot Em All Peophin!~
Do idk counts as one word or three words? how about the other acronyms?
Piticent
Brittney has told me before that 1337 abbreviations count as 1 word. This applies to any acronym. EDIT: oh, i should tell you brittney is anime. For some reason i switch back and forth...
LoveBunny
I'm pretty sure that it's one word. So your best bet is to just spell out everything. Conversations are fun!
Sweetdang
What if we join words together, that don't belong together. For example, Ishouldntbesayingthisbutyourpostcountislessthan7wordskthxbai One word? Or 14/17 words? And is kthxbai 1 word?
Suus
What if we join words together, that don't belong together. For example, Ishouldntbesayingthisbutyourpostcountislessthan7wordskthxbai One word? Or 14/17 words? And is kthxbai 1 word? I guess that would be one word, because it has no spaces. But besides that, it would just be annoying to read a sentence with all the words together :laughingsmiley:
Sweetdang
True, but let's say kthxbai. One word? Probably, right. :P
Piticent
guys, it's not how many words the combination of letters consists of or stands for; if it's combined/shortened, it's only one word.

Anime
To be perfectly honest, if you're posting without spaces we've got a bigger problem than word count. xD But beyond that, everyone has provided correct information. :)
bluewisp16
Does it matter what your word count is anyways?
Sweetdang
Actually, it does. It does alot. Here, read this. They're the mega important forum rules!!! :D If your post has less than 7 words, it will be considered spam, and a read message will appear under it (a mod will edit your post). A slip is normal, you won't get silenced forever because you posted less than 7 words once. But spam or break forum rules enough, and you'll get a verbal warning. Continue, and that warn level under your username will go up. Once it does, your chances of getting an ALP pet lend are pretty much dashed. Other forms of spam are double posting (don't do that, edit for previous post) and excessive smiley posting. "Spam" is allowed in areas where you posts don't count. The words under the forum heading will tell you if they don't. Just read the rules. :) If you ever need to clarify something, pop over to the help section, or review the rules. The link to them is below the search bar at the top right hand corner of the page. It's called "forum rules". :) P.s: Mods, does this count was backseat modding? :guiltysmiley: Or just answering a question?
Anime
It was just answering a question. Not backseat modding.
