Div not working?

I'm not sure where I'm going wrong, because it's worked before...heres my code: (and Xepha, if your looking, after this is done, I can submit my app :))

This button takes you to a handy-dandy area where you can change (mostly) permissions of other users to you. You can also change your site theme here.

This button will take you to a place where you can change your user lookup! You can change your hobbies and name. You can also change the overall apperance of your user lookup using HTML and CSS.

<p>

This is your vital center for Neomail, or the Neopets equivelent of Email. From here, you can send it, and view it. You can also control your NeoDiary.

<h4>Neofriends</h4>
<p>

From here, you can view your Neofriends, delete them, make them a VIP, or make notes about them.

<h4>Create a Neopet</h4>
<p>

From here, as the name suggests, you can create most neopets. If you create one, you can choose it's stats, gender, and personality. There are, however, a few neopets that can't be created from here.

Got a code from Neopets Merchandise, or on that TNT gave out? This is the place to redeem it and recieve your prize!

In your inventory, you can view all the items you own that aren't in your shop, shed, SDB, or closet. From here, you can choose to carry out their respective action, discard it, donate it, give it to another user, auction it, put it in your shop or gallery, or put it in your SDB.

From here, you can view all the items currently in your closet. You can also take them out if their not applied to your pet.

<h4>Neohomes</h4>

From here, you can view NeoHome central. From there, you can go to/create your neohome, go to Neohome 1.0, go to neohome shops, and view Neohome news.

<h4>Storage Shed</h4>

From here, you can view all the items currently being stored in your shed, just waiting to be put in your neohome. You can also take items out of your shed from here.

As if it weren't obvious enough, this section is where you can get to any shop or location where you can buy neopoint items.

As the center of shops for Neopia, this is where you will find most shops selling what you might need. It includes auctions, petpets, books, food, and more!

<h4>Shop Wizard</h4>

Just think: you're trying to purchase a Pirate Small Talk for your ever-so-important quest for the Water Faerie, and you have to go shop by shop, user by user, page by page, just to find one item! Well, lucky for you, you don't have to! Just use this handy-dandy tool, and it will search an entire section of shops and give you a list of some that sell the particular item! If you want to search the entire list of shops, you would have to utilize the <i>Super</i> Shop Wizard, which is obtainable by purchasing Neopets Premium (which you can learn more about <a href="/">here</a> (for SSW), and <a href="/">here</a> (for premium))

<h4>Your Shop</h4>

I'm sure you're thinking now, well I can buy from other users, so how can I get in on the fun?? Well, you can! Go here, and you can host your very own shop! You can sell anything up to 99,999 NP here. Anything more should be sold at trading post or auctions.

<h4>Auctions</h4>

If you know what an auction is and how it takes place, you should have a fun time sniping here! If not, here's how: an auction is where a user is selling an item, and people can bid on the item for whatever amount they're willing to pay.  After the specified time has passed, the last bidder wins! <b>There is neopoint limit to how much you can bid here</b> except for the amount of neopoints you have on hand.

<h4>Trading Post</h4>

You ever wonder, "Wow! Look at that Draik Egg! I wish I could just trade my Illusen's Staff for it instead of going through the trouble of selling it..." Well, you can do so here! At the trading post, or TP, you can trade 1-10 of your items, and up to 800,000 neopoints for up to 10 of somebody else's items! Nifty, eh?

<h4>Bank</h4>

Now, as you are probobly well aware, there are many menacing threats that are just dying to steal our hard earned neopoints, such as Sloth and the Tax Beast. Keep those neopoints safe and protected in the bank1 The account is free, and you even get interest every day for keeping your neopoints in the bank.

To condense that whole article above to a paragraph, the header is a vital, neccissary tool in our Neopian lives, whether we realize it or not. It is usually unappretiated, and took for granted. I can tell it doesn't behave correctly, but I fail to see the point to put things into divs right now.

the purpose would be to collapse the whole article into one 540 x 600 box, instead of having it stretch along the page forever. Are you against using divs? I'm OK either way :)
