Illusen's Quests

So, I really, really, REALLY want to complete Illusen's quest. Not for the prizes, mind you (although they wouldn't be half bad! :P) but I know that I need a whole lot of money to get there. I'm currently at level 26, just finished it today.

 

I know she hasn't started asking for the mega expensive items yet, but when she does - do you think I should start saving up before continuing? E.g Hit 20million before doing the rest of her tasks to ensure I always have them? Or should i just go ahead now.

 

I was also curious to know - have you guys ever finished the whole thing before? At which point did you fail? Why?

Yes, you should definitely save up before continuing! However, keep this in mind...

 

You still have a time limit! So if the item is unbuyable via shop wiz, you have to rely on people in the trades or auctions. ONLY TRY DURING PEAK HOURS! Even if you have enough np, you may have difficulty getting the item. I would say even make sure you have enough to offer on a few lots--then be prepared to cancel your offer fast as soon as one person accepts.

 

I never made it that far. I made it to level 22 before chickening out.

I didn't bother with her quests once I got the avatar. (Same with Jhudora, too.)

I think I failed around quest 33 or 34 :P. But it was still much fun to do and if I didn't already have a trophy, I'd do her quests again :P.

I can't remember when was the last time I played Illusen's Quest, as I'm currently saving up NP to paint all my pets.

Hence, I don't play much of her quests. :rolleyes_anim:

Yah, I would recommend saving up a couple mil for each quest past 30, sounds insane, but If you manage to beat lvl 50, get a weapon worth hundreds of millions.
