I dreamed a dream in days gone by...

I told my husband last night that I would dream of him.

 

I lied.

 

Instead, I dreamed that I was visiting a friend, and brought my laptop...and that I couldn't log in to my neopets account. I looked at my active pet, and she was wearing an apron. There was no way I would EVER put an apron on one of my pets (others cook for them, don't you know?) so I knew I'd been hacked. It was interesting--I honestly believed I'd been hacked, even when I woke up, and yet I didn't scream and rage like I thought I would. I just kind of thought, "Well, this is the end of an era for me. Ten years and no more." I mean, I figured even if I got my account back, I wouldn't have any of my 30 mil or any of the stuff I worked for, and it would only be a matter of time before my pets were gone. And I love my pets! Er...more than the thirty million, I swear!

 

Anyway, have you ever dreamed about neopets? Or are you not as dorky as I am?

And to answer the question, I would have to say YES!

 

All this while, I kept dreaming that I was part of the Altador Cup. I imagined myself being a yooyuball player of either

Team Darigan Citadel or Team Krawk Island (though I'm still a human), wearing my signature rabbit ears! XD

 

Somehow I found that dream a bit ridiculous, but it's still stuck in my head!

And doesn't seem to be going anywhere! XD

I have dreamed other weird things, though, that include me running (alot), falling off buildings w/o dying (these are always fun) and being a sparrow. Yep, being able to fly. 'twas amazing. :)

I have had Neopets dreams on several occasions. I can't remember any of them now, but I think I had one only a few weeks ago.

 

I've also had dreams about other video games I've played. I sort of remember the first video game dream I had. It was about the original Zelda game.

I always kind of hoped I'd dream about my Neopets being real, just sort of hanging out with my Island Moehog and talking him for walks or stuff. But if I ever have Neopets dreams, they mainly involve typing on the computer *sigh* My subconscious knows it's all just a game - maybe slightly more than my conscious does ;)

I have had LOTS of Neopets-related dreams! Once I dreamt I won the jackpot in Test Your Strength, another dream was getting a quest from the Fountain Faerie (before I actually did for real!), and other more fanatsy-like, not involving the computer at all, but rather being in Neopia, as if it were real. These include my dream where I was an assistant to Queen Fyora, and many dreams involving my pets, mainly Shuhune. And - they appear in the dreams as how I draw them, too, how I see them in my mind! One of my pets, even was inspired from a dream I had: Terra. I created Terraluna, the Korbat, the night after I had the dream of her. She might be painted Faerie someday.

I had a neopets related dream yesterday. About the Battledome.

And me really wanting a certain weapon, I forgot what it was. Hmm.

 

And then I had to fight these evil spider thingies and I was asking someone one TDNF "IF I SPIN THE WoE IS THERE A CHANCE I WILL GET IT."

 

It was very interesting, but I've kind of forgotten the rest, so. :*

I don't think I've ever had a single dream about Neopets. Mine are usually body-related. I dream about teeth falling out, losing limbs and growing them back, having bad breath, growing an afro... Still haven't figured out what the last one was supposed to represent. o_O

I haven't had a long, involved dream about Neopets yet (although those kinds of dreams are the kind I usually get when I dream at all). But recently I had a fragmented dream where at one point I was looking at a Faerie Paint Brush in my SDB and debating whether to paint my Buzz with it or sell it for Neopoints. The next day as I was going about my dailies I remembered the dream and for a split second thought it was real...then disappointment set in. :sad01_anim: Maybe my next Neopets dream will be a fun one.

I had my first Neopets related dream/nightmare last night: I was on my main account doing my dailies, then while I was visiting the Qasalan Expellibox, my Silver Flotsam, without notice was transformed into a different pet and color altogether. When I went to customize her, I saw that she had changed into a Yellow Acara!!

 

I was so scared, I don't even like Acaras. D: And Silver PB is not exactly the cheapest, neither is MP. I felt out of breath when I woke up, it just seems so real... lol!

yes i do dream about neopets once.. i spin wheel of monotony and after an hour, i feel sleepy and take a nap. in my dream, i woke up and found the wheel had finally stop, on tyrannian pb icon! i am so happy that i won it finally after trying it for few years.

 

Too bad when i really woke up, i just won a visit to either volcano/beast..
