not exactly, it's usually about a week or two, could be more if it regards a frozen account.

Also for various errors on the site (either major or minor) like the recent Battledome magic item glitch for example, responses from TNT can take a day or less, several other errors can take within a week or a bit more for TNT to give you a response however. You can always keep your e-mail inbox opened and prepared for a response from TNT (or Neopets' Support address) or Nickelodeon Virtual Worlds, and see if they gave you the response to the ticket you sent in. You have to be patient though since TNT has lots of other players' responses to act upon, not all the action will happen overnight.

I'm not sure how long you'd have to wait for that, but to give you an idea of regular response time, I got an email from them yesterday after 3 weeks, requesting access to a lost account.

 

It might also depend on what they are replying to, ie did you ask them why the account was frozen (if you've no idea what you did wrong), or send an explanation for what they thought was a reason to freeze etc. If it's something they need to look into before replying, you could be waiting weeks.
