Cheapest Way to get a draik.

As you may or may not know, I am saving up for my very own RB draik.

 

So what is the cheapest way to get a draik and how much is it, the cheapest I know of is the Trans. Potion at 18 mil, but i was wondering is there a cheaper way.

Blue Draik Egg is usually the cheapest... for around 15.4M currently.

Purchasing an egg from the shop in Meridell would be the cheapest way to get it. However, that would be hard to do. (Actually, cheapest would have Dr. Sloth hand you a transmog. potion, but that is so unlikely!)

 

I'd suggest keeping an eye on trends on the various eggs and morphing potions. Things will fluctuate as you save up to that much. When you hit about 15 mil, start seriously looking, even negotiating with sellers. Some will go down in price for people who are looking to morph/hatch (not resellers basically).

 

Or if you're willing to trade for an existing Draik, you may be able to get a badly named draik while spending less than 18 mil on customization/painting another pet. Surf the pound chat, see what people are looking for/offering.

If your account is over 3 years old (which I see it is :P) you can get an egg from the Almost Abandoned Attic for around 60k, but you have to be extreeemely lucky and fast :P

The egg is definitely the way to go. They do go up for sale in Meridell Foods and AAA, so someone out there has to get lucky and buy one :laughingsmiley:

If you're willing to go with an existing Draik, then the cheapest way would actually probably be to buy a Magical Pirate Krawk plushie (about 8m right now, I think) and trade. If you're intent on your own name, though, then definitely the egg is the way to go.

You could also hold out hope that there's some war/plot/event run soon involving Meridell :whistle:

There's also the forgotten shore daily that is rumoured to give out pirate draik eggs, but you'd have to invest in the map firstly. Next, you need to be lucky. Just another option but probably not the best one since reward is not direct or instantaneous.
