If you mean other people referring you, then you would have to ask somebody who has Premium, or purchase it. So, I know ID_24 (Izzy) has premium, howver there are many people willing to refer you. If you purchase it without getting referred, go here. However, only ask to be referred if you intend to stay on premium for a while. A premium user only has 20 referrals. They dont waste them.
