Early October last year I temporarily stopped visiting Neopets due to examinations, and when I returned in mid November I noticed I couldn't log in with the password I set, and when I tried to retrieve the password, it did not get sent to my email address. After visiting my look up, it said my last log in was 9days ago. This wasn't me as I hadn't been online well over a month. But thankfully that was the last log in, no one has logged in until now. I tried contacting TNT many times, but no reply. I tried various passwords, checked different email accounts, but nothing. This month I sent a ticket, and still no reply. I can't remember much of the items in the account, and whatever I remember is "viewable" through my user lookup, i.e.: I completed the altador quest, the rare items I have, but they are in my gallery, clothes, petpets, etc., so i'm guessing its not very convincing. Please please please help my retrieve my account :( I've got a rainbow faerie quest on it and I was working very hard to get the item she wanted :( Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Make sure that when sending out a ticket, select Birthday/Account Access help. It will show you all the fields you have to fill in, and I'm sure you can remember most of the details. Good luck with retrieving your account. Also if you have submitted a ticker longer than 2 weeks ago, I'd resubmit. Here they are: Previously used password(s): You can obviously fill this one in Previously used email(s): This one as well Your Birthday: Pretty easy, your birthday Who are your Neofriends?: Any neofriends? If you don't remember the usernames, try asking around in real life if you have friends who play neopets... Whether they were your friend or not. Neocash Purchased: Did you ever buy NC? And through which method (card, paypal). If you still have the neocash card laying around, possibly you could give them the code on the back to prove it's really you. Rare Item Codes Redeemed: Maybe you have claimed some codes from facebook or the like, just write down either the code or the item you received or both. Warnings received: Have you received a warning on your account, if so why, otherwise just say no. Pets you have created, abandoned or transferred: Simple enough Items in your closet or equipped to pets (please specify): Try to remember those special items you put in your closet after getting them from the NC mall or to dress your pets up, I'm sure you can think of some.
