What Happened To My Neopet?

So.....I was browsing the Neopets site doing all the dailies....just minding my own business and all of a sudden I have a random event!

 

"Boochi has transformed your pet into a baby" UGH!

 

 

My Neopet had a Faerie Paintbrush used on it before this....do I even have to mention HOW LONG I SAVED FOR A FAERIE PAINTBRUSH?!.....lame.

 

Any way to get my Neopet back to normal other than buy a new Faerie Paintbrush??-_-

Your pet will have to be re-painted. So if you want it Faerie again, you'll have to buy a Faerie PB, or a Faerie Morphing Potion, if there is one for the species of your pet.

Unfortunately, there aren't too many options other than what Spritzie mentioned....or you can hope for an FFQ (Fountain Fairy Quest), but those are exceptionally rare.

Aww I'm sorry honey that really sucks :(

It might be worth getting a basic pet to be your active whilst your browsing the site, just in case it happens again.

Luckily Faerie PBs have deflated in price thanks to the Faerie's Ruin plot, but you'll still have to re-save and re-buy the paintbrush to paint her back. Also, never keep an expensively painted pet as your active. If you don't have a basic colour pet, keep your cheapest painted pet active.
