Double scores? :S

I've noticed in some peoples game scores list they have two of exactly the same game. Usually these are avatar games.

 

I was wondering if when you cheat and download a program to help you if it creates a second score? I've noticed it on some blatant cheaters accounts (3 weeks old, 30 trophies etc.) and some peoples accounts who are a lot older so it's harder to spot.

 

Does anyone know?

Those would be mirror games...

 

You can send your score in a mirror game if and only if you haven't send a score in that same game on the same day.

 

Example:

 

The gameroom Ice Cream Machine and its mirror game. Only the first one has a highscore table.

What purpose do they serve :S

 

I only ask cause some people have a score of say 50 points in Mynci Beach Volleyball, with a score underneath of 804. Similarly with some of the harder avatar games. Does playing a mirror game instead just get you an awesome score or summat? :P

In general, people play mirror games so they can earn the Top Gamer avatar faster. That's really the only purpose I can think of.
