That's the reason why my intention of neopets was re-activated the last time. sometimes luck (the random ones) and sometimes practice a lot will help to get avatars, you don't need NP for that. I took a year or so hiatus and just recently came back so I'm trying to build up my avatars and account. It's difficult, but very fun and this site is super helpful.
