gramann
These are both the old version of neopets and are fully functioning. I am waiting for registration on both sites to open so I can get an account.
Manta
I play OldNeo :D though the site got really big, really fast, and that sort of turned me away from it. Never been on RetroNeo :O
khaos
Manta, JOIN THE oldneo SIDE NAO. I COMMAND YOU. But yeah, i play oldneo. Retroneo is cheap, you can get your dream pet by holding down F5 for a while. OldNeo, while their games being easy, is way harder to get things. I'm *one* of the most active users, and i play all the games every day as much as i can, and i only have 150K, in 3 weeks (minus the 6 days i was gone) To get a krawk or draik, the morphing potions cost 1.2M ans 1.4M. They are fair prices, as well as paint brushes.
Guest Zazi
Can you guys explain a little further how these sites work? Are they really fully functional like Neo? I was so curious about them since what happened to Leo users...
Sakabato
I've been to OldNeo, but never to RetroNeo. At least OldNeo doesn't have that songs' lyrics in it's front page.
gramann
I just want an account. If someone could give me an OldNeo join code I would be thrilled! :) I gave up neopets because I kept being frozen so I want to switch to these sites and leave neopets behind :)
Alynniae
I'm playing oldneo, it's fun, but it's not finished yet. things like the bank, user shops, auctions and every world except neopia central aren't finished YET! they're working on it, and i think that oldneo is really growing very fast, and i like it :laughingsmiley:

But it's more or less like stepping into a simplified version of Neopets circa 2006 :) What happened to Leo users? :O
neeny
I signed up for oldneo a while ago and it seems neat. Like others said, not everything is functional, but it's pretty nostalgic. I wish it was even more retro though.
gramann
I have heard of RetroNeo, Leopets, Minineo, and OldNeo and all 4 registrations are CLOSED! I am going to go crazy! I just want one account on 1 site. And Manta Leopets is the most popular site out of these 4 and the hardest to get into is what I heard. I heard there were 140+ accounts. It was all over the PC.. That's what got me curious, do you have to link your Leo account to Neo?! Also, what do the applications usually require? That's what got me curious, do you have to link your Leo account to Neo?! Also, what do the applications usually require? Wow, are you serious? I try my best to distance my account on OldNeo from my real Neo account (different username, different pet name, different email, you get my drift). As for applications, they don't require anything except real interest to play at their site and probably a sentence or two showing you have a good grasp of English. Lemur
I play OldNeo and since I own it I'm a little biased. I also play RetroNeo too but I don't like that it's insecure and has cookie grabbers on the site.

Tedhaun
I'm on both sites as Neomysterion. OldNeo has that more genuine feel of what Neopets really used to be, but I like both sites regardless.
gramann
Hi Lemur I should have put you username and OldNeo's owner's email together. I emailed you a couple days ago and was wondering if I could get a join code? I quit neopets because I was so tired of all the changes and it being overcrowded. I've been playing Neopets since I was like 10 and miss the old version. I would love to be a new addition to your site. :king:
