Tedhaun
Any ideas on how to calm yourself? Normally I just listen to some calming music or sounds of nature myself, try listening to this.

Franny
Optimism, relaxing music, and there's a site with rain sounds somewhere too - http://www.rainymood.com/ should be it. But then if rain makes you anxious, don't listen. (But if it DOES relax you, try listening to some good music with that in the background. It's melancholy, but if it works, it works!) Bananas have been said to help nerves too - something about the potassium blocking nerve receptors. I would say take time for yourself to stretch, relax, maybe lay down on a wood floor and just breathe and sink into it for a while. I hope everything goes well for you!
