I've won it a few times, but it doesn't happen too often. And never won anything big, anyway.

I won it a couple of months ago, got about 17K so it wasn't that great. I did get a trophy though ^_^

I got the ticket through playing Dice-a-Roo, maybe you should try that. They give out loooads of them!

I don't use the lottery, but my husband does, and has won. He currently has a 3rd place trophy for it.

Theres probably an effective way to play the lottery and we just dont know it =/

I always found it kinda iffy since the prizes are shared between the winners and the NP was never that big of a prize :x

I never buy the lottery tickets, anyway. I just take those I get from REs and stuff. :P

Um... I have a faint recollection of that there is a lottery-thing on Neopets, but that's about it. I think my friend won once....
