Cornflakes
"[petname] is UFT for a UC Grey Pteri or something that would get me one. Can add a 2 mill. custom." What does this mean, "can add a 2 mill custom"?
hrtbrk
They'll paint the pet they're offering a color of your choice worth 2 million or less. gud gramer
Spritzie
In the cases I've seen, it means they'll do a custom paint job, as in, they'll paint the pet any color you want, up to a cost of 2 million NP. EDIT: Ninja'd by Hrtbrk. :P
Cornflakes
I figured as much, and then earlier today I saw someone offering a 36 mil custom, and I'm like -- does anything cost that much to paint?!?! So I thought maybe "custom" included wearables too, idk. :eh:
Spritzie
As far as I know, you can't include items in a trade. You can't even really include petpets. (Not saying you can't trade with them on your own, but it's not supposed to add to the worth of the trade.) So I have no idea what would be 36 million. I don't think any PBs go beyond about 15 million.
hrtbrk
Was the name valuable? They probably meant that the custom would include morphing the pet into the desired species as well as include painting it.
Cornflakes
I have no idea what the name was. I'll pay more attention to that next time. I suppose I was stunned that someone had 36m just lying around. <_<
Batman
Another possibility is that they could do two customs for a great pet. Like one to get a name the person wanted and then the next to paint/morph the pet into something the first owner wanted.
Cornflakes
I thought naming was a part of a custom. Like, all customs get to choose what name they want. When I let someone make me a custom, I got to choose the name.

If there is no pet to offer - they'll create one with the name of your choice (which I've always had bad luck with :grrr: )
