Xepha Posted April 16, 2011 Share Posted April 16, 2011 Yes, it's indeed the same thing as outside Neopets. So if you already know HTML/CSS, you can use that. Some codes are blocked on Neopets though... like 'position' and other depreciated stuff. This petpage comes handy when you are looking for some codes that are particular to Neopets.
