I have run spysweeper, restarted my computer, and logged in and out multiple times. I can update on my sides but not my main. I have typed in my pw and changed my lookup coding and all i get is: Error: We cannot update your personal information (1) « Back Please help! I am getting tired of looking at Christmasy meepits! Xepha Posted February 20, 2011 Posted February 20, 2011 You could try to clear you cache, log out, and log back in... Something, somewhere, is preventing you from updating... Or if you wish, you could click on the button to reset your setting (that doesn't require to send the code at all). Quote

Tried clearing the description (is that what you meant?) which did not work either Quote

If it's been happening for more than a few days, and logging out and back in a few more times does nothing to help, you may want to submit a ticket. Quote
