Shane for Wax Posted February 9, 2011 Share Posted February 9, 2011 Earlier today I forgot which was my PIN for my account and tried a couple different ones. Then it locked me out and said to try back in an hour. This was about 12 hours ago. I tried again with everything correct just a bit ago (12 hours later) and it still said I was locked out for exceeding my failed pw/PIN attempts and to try again in an hour. Should it be doing this? antiaircraft Posted February 20, 2011 Share Posted February 20, 2011 On the off chance you're still having this problem, I'd recommend logging out, clearing your cache and cookies, and trying again.
