Mouseykins Posted February 2, 2011 Share Posted February 2, 2011 Ok so I was trying to upload a new image into my lookup. I had my password entered in correctly and in the right spot but for some reason when I clicked the button to update my details it goes to another page that says oops! Error: We cannot update your personal information This has happened a couple times already and its getting a little frustrating because i don't know what the problem is. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks! EDIT: after logging out and logging back in it worked I was able to update what I wanted. that's still weird! At least i know what to do now. This topic can be closed!
