Why can't I edit my User Information?

Every time I try to change my Userlookup information, I click on 'Change Your Details' and all I got is this message: "Error: We cannot update your personal information"

 

Why is that happening? o_O

Try this:

 

1) Logout of Neopets

2) Log back in

3) Go to change your information, and it should work.

People started to have a problem with that after TNT added a box for Habitarium on the User Lookups.
