Help transferring account

My sibling doesn't want to play anymore and he gave me his account (which is much much older than mine) how can i transfer my account over to that one without getting frozen...can i take my stocks with me.. etc. etc.

I'm afraid you cannot do it at all.

Accounts are not supposed to be shared or to be given away to someone else.

 

Your sibling should self freeze and you should stay on your current main. It's the only way to follow Neopets Terms & Conditions.

Okey dokey....and if he wants to come back to it in awhile could i get frozen since both of us use the same laptop? I mean its been fine until now,but just because he rarely logs on...if he starts logging on regularly are we both iced?

You should not be iced as long as you registered with different emails.

My brother told me he'd buy me a rune pack off of the tp for my birthday, could him sending me gifts get me iced?

No, it perfectly fine to give gifts to other users. It's even fine to transfer items from one of your accounts to another account you own. This will not get you frozen.

 

If your brother decides he really doesn't want to play Neopets anymore, but he wants to give you his pets and items, you can make a second account for yourself, and he can transfer the pets and some things to your new account. That is perfectly okay to do.
