itsnicholee Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 I keep getting the error "we cannot change your personal information" I've tried as follows: logging in and out 4 different browsers (firefox, googlechrome, internet explorer, safari) 3 different devices (desktop PC, macintosh laptop, and ipod touch) resetting my internet mailing tnt (they told me to do the above) cleaning my cache and cookies. any advice? :grrr: Quote

Spritzie Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 This seems to be an on-going problem with quite a few users. It looks like you've tried everything I've seen suggested, even contacting TNT. I would contact them again and tell them nothing worked. Quote

Fever Posted December 21, 2010 Posted December 21, 2010 This exact same thing happened yesterday when I went to update my profile. It just took a bunch of tries. I logged out, then back in, then it worked. Try logging out then back in a few times, if you haven't already. Quote

Fever Posted December 24, 2010 Posted December 24, 2010 Aw, sorry to hear that! I'd try sending in a ticket to TNT, then. Or just keep trying once in a while, I'm sure TNT has heard of this problem a couple hundred times so far, so they're bound to be working on some form of solution. :P Quote
Shane for Wax Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 I can't change my own now and I need to because I have to change my password because I'm concerned about the safety and I usually change it every once in a while at random intervals. :( EDIT: submitted a ticket today and got this 'solution' in response: We are sorry to hear you are having issues updating your profile information! Please try logging out of your account, then log back in! If you continue to have issues, please make sure you clear your cookies and cache, and restart your browser. Uh... yeah. ok EDIT: Apparently logging in and out did the trick for me. lol yay I can change my info again. Quote
