It looks like you've tried everything I've seen suggested, even contacting TNT. I would contact them again and tell them nothing worked. This must be like the 50th person to report this problem yet whenever I go to change my info it works fine all the time (I just changed it yesterday too....) Fever Posted December 21, 2010 Share Posted December 21, 2010 This exact same thing happened yesterday when I went to update my profile. It just took a bunch of tries. Shane for Wax Posted January 5, 2011 Share Posted January 5, 2011 I can't change my own now and I need to because I have to change my password because I'm concerned about the safety and I usually change it every once in a while at random intervals. :( EDIT: submitted a ticket today and got this 'solution' in response: We are sorry to hear you are having issues updating your profile information! Please try logging out of your account, then log back in! If you continue to have issues, please make sure you clear your cookies and cache, and restart your browser.
