Why won't TNT let me update my profile?

-_- Seriously, it's getting annoying. I'm trying to change my lookup and they keep telling me I can't. I have my password right, and the coding is right... GAH.

There's been several posts about this. I guess it's just a sort of glitch. Some people have said they tried later, or another day, and it was suddenly fine.

 

So I just recommend trying again another time.

I'm having the same problem. I went to change a sentence in my 'about me' section, and it wouldn't let me update.

I had the same problem when i tried it with Safari but with firefox it worked... strange isn't it!

I didn't see the other posts, but it's still not working for me. I'm also using Safari so maybe that's why...

 

It's not NEEDED. I just update my profile whenever I get a new avatar and it won't even let me change my password. Very frustrating.

I would try it with the firefox... It never work with Safari for me so I have Firefox just to play neopets... But here in the forum it dosn't check my writing so I use Safari <<

The problem is not browser specific, it's a server-side glitch. If it does get fixed, clearing your cache and cookies may help though. :yes:

Seconded. That worked for me as well. I like to update my avatars too. :)
